A standard practice hula hoop that is good for beginners and those who will mostly hoop on their core (stomach). This hoop is heavy enough that it is easy to keep up, but also light enough to learn some off body moves (like lifts and isolations). Kids may even be able to use this hoop (ages 8+). This is a Non- Collapsible hoop.
