     So what's all the hoopla about?  Well, my friend, you could be at the beginning of a long lasting journey with your new love---the hula hoop!
 Whether you want to tone up, lose weight and get more connected with your body, or just take up a new hobby and make some great friends, hooping will get you groovin' to the music and get you smiling.  The only rule around here is to play and have fun.
 
 My goal is to share my love of the hoop and help people along their journey inside and outside of the hula hoop.
